DAY 7 - Friday - New Testing - Suprising Results

10PM Test Again -
Last night around 10PM I rounded up the crew and tested my son and Mary again for Covid-19.  Using the same home antigen kit, both Mary and Gene tested positive again (left and right POS results) - I then tested myself (middle test) and just as 3 days ago, I was still testing negative.  Not sure how much longer my luck will continue, I've slacked on my multi-polyphenol diet somewhat but I've now gone for more than 7 days being in extremely close proximity to three highly infected people and still testing negative.

7PM Friday Evening - Happy Birthday!
It's Covid Mary's 58th birthday and we celebrated with cheesecake and vanilla cake from Whole Foods.   We laughed and had a good time - each person here is Covid-19 positive except for the funny bearded one in the back.

FAMILY SYMPTOM STATUS
Mary feels a little better - nausea is less and she's showing a lot more energy.  Her coughing spells are maybe once every hour or two so far less than a few days ago.

Gene is still feeling down with a sore throat and lack of energy but not getting worse.  Interestingly his body temperature is low normal around 97.5.

Grace has good energy and symptoms seem to be getting better.  One area of concern is her heartbeat rate is still high - about 105 a few minutes ago but better than the 130 of a few days ago.

Our dog Cody is fine and I'm personally feeling very good and still no symptoms.

This is so great to hear!! I am actually eating a crazy-high amount of polyphenols right now, for a different reasons, but makes me feel great since it sounds like I'm killing two birds with one stone! (My CFS and liver reasons, plus this!!!)
