The picture here shows all three of us testing ourselves again for Covid-19 Sunday afternoon (about a week after their first positive test). I tested negative myself 4 or 5 days ago but now we are at day 9 so time to test again. My 14 year old daughter (also confirmed Covid positive by her doctor's PCR test) wants nothing to do with pictures with her pop so we tested her off camera.
So, here is a picture showing test results for each of us. The top test strip (A) is from my son Gene. You'll see the red and blue marks if you look closely, so this means he is still Covid positive. The second strip down (B) is from my ex (I call her Covid Mary). She has one blue line and a very faint red line to the left - (so maybe Covid positive). The strip (C) is my daughter Grace so one blue line is negative.

WHY THIS IS SUCH A BIG DEAL
Folks, the fact that a non-vaccinated 67 year old man can expose himself intensely to three Covid-19 positive family members for nine friggin' days and still test negative - well, it can't be a fluke. According to the NIH study I participated in for the past year here in Research Triangle Park North Carolina - After having my blood drawn and tested by NIH staff - I do not have Covid antibodies - so my ability to ward off the virus so far is beyond antibody defense.

I intentionally sat 3 feet away from Covid Mary while she coughed intensely every 5 minutes after her first positive test. I did not wear a mask and didn't wash my hands - no hand sanitizers - no disinfectants - trying every trick I can think of to increase my viral exposure. I would even put their thermometers in my mouth without rinsing. Yet, with all this, I am still testing negative 9 days in....
TIME TO LEARN FROM IMMUNOLOGISTS
There is a medical field that studies how exposures and things around us can weaken our immune system and pre-dispose us toward infections of any kind. It is called immuno-toxicology. AN INTELLIGENT EXPOSURE? (If there is such a thing)
However, I'm not doing this Covid exposure experiment blindly. For example, I've been eating 20-30 different types of organic fruits and vegetables several times a day of every color imaginable. Preparation ain't easy and my ex for some reason has gotten, well, a little upset with my shenanigans as the countertops are often covered in vegetables pieces and a few times they mysteriously fly off the counter and land in all kinds of weird places.
Looking at the studies and results in this Covid experiment, I can confidently state that eating nearly 100% organic is critically important and at least 50% of the reason I haven't gotten sick at this point (knock on wood). In one CDC study, switching to organic food resulted in a dramatic lowering of blood pesticide levels in elementary children by the third day.

Another study found people eating organic food had 20% lower levels of inflammatory markers. This is a major clue since higher inflammatory markers are known to increase ACE2 receptors on our cells. And having more ACE2 receptors in other studies has shown to increase the rate of Covid severity. So, common sense would tell us that eating organic should greatly reduce the risk of Covid infection and severity.

It doesn't stop here as a number of plant polyphenols are also being shown to function as something called "protease inhibitors." If something works as a protease inhibitor, it means it has the ability to slow the growth rate of a virus. It certainly makes sense that the slower a virus grows the better, thereby giving the immune system more time to deal with a lower number of viruses. Therefore, eating a wide variety of organic fruits and vegetables means I am attaching one serious ball & chain to the millions of Covid viruses I've inhaled every hour the past 10 days.

Well, to those who don't understand toxicology, I can see how this makes sense from a visual standpoint. Not so fast.... People don't realize the technical name for disinfectants is "microbial pesticides." We now have studies finding disinfectants damage immune memory B-cells which is of great concern since memory B-cells build after vaccination or infection and lay wating in our tissues to prevent future breakthrough infections months and years in the future. So, do we really want to damage a mechanism that is preventing breakthrough infections? It really is that simple.
Along with this, we have a number of studies showing bleach reacts with organic matter to create highly toxic carbon tetrachloride and chloroform, with chloroform being linked to immune system damage and damage of beneficial lung bacteria that protect from infection. Of great concern, disinfectants were found to lower interferon (as also seen in vehicle exhaust).

So, disinfectants lower interferon production, but we need interferon to STOP the Covid virus in the first place. Not a far stretch to say disinfectant use is a major oxymoron. Along with this, the research has shown a number of previously considered "SAFE" chemicals are anything but and can seriously weaken your immune system and increase rates of viral replication. This includes the following:

As you can see, these immune weakening compounds are omnipresent so avoidance can only be achieved by knowledge of their sources and choosing alternatives.

Under no circumstances should anyone try the Covid experiment as I have done. I have literally been training for this "olympic event" for over a decade with the strategies I've just described.
